November 2012 Pets of the Month – “CHARLIE & KACIE” Pollack
Date: November 1, 2012Calusa Veterinary Center would like to introduce our November “Pets of the Month”.
They are ”CHARLIE and KACIE” Pollack.
Charlie: At age eight I was rescued from death row. Now that I am ten years old, I am grateful for my wonderful life and my new family. Kacie is okay as long as he stays away from my treats. I am what my folks call a “good eater.” I enjoy a brisk walk and play a fairly good game of fetch when I am in the mood. I follow my mommy so much wherever she goes that lately she calls me Shadow.
Kacie: I was rescued after spending 18 months in a shelter. When I was adopted as an eight-year-old senior, I had terrible mouth problems. Mommy and Daddy and Calusa Veterinary Center gave me the best of care. I am now sixteen years old. Half my teeth are gone, but I manage to chew my treats. I am playful and young at heart, and I enjoy sniffing every blade of grass when I walk with my Daddy.
