Dr Krane is compassionate and competent, as are the nurses and assistants. Unfortunately, I had to let my eldest cat, Abby, go, a few weeks ago. Abby was my heart. She and I were treated with dignity, respectfully and lovingly. Yesterday, my cat, Cleo (Cleocatra) had her wellness check with Dr Krane, with Elizabeth assisting, along with someone whose name I do not know. As always, professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Cleo was very frightened, but they made her comfortable and kept her calm. Thank you, Dr. Krane. 😻
