I recently took my dog to Calusa after she hurt her foot and the experience was excellent. The staff was wonderful and met us outside by the car, as my dog couldn’t walk and I wasn’t able to carry her in. Curtis carefully listened as I shared my dog’s specific sensitivities and gently carried her inside. The front desk woman was so warm and sweet and helped to soothe my worries while I waited. Curtis quickly returned with my dog, as the issue was an easy fix. Each of the staff members was kind and nurturing, coming over to explain aftercare and check in on us. It's clear they truly love animals and the work that they do.
